With over 16 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations, she makes sure everything behind the scenes runs as smoothly as the service window. Before joining the food and beverage industry, she managed complex financial workflows and implemented digital tools that streamlined business systems for high-volume companies — skills she now uses to keep Flipinrican efficient, organized, and ready to grow.
As Finance Manager, Yomayra oversees budgeting, cost control, and digital reporting, bringing a perfect balance of analytical precision and entrepreneurial energy. She’s a QuickBooks expert, fluent in POS integrations, and even a published author in the Journal of Information Sciences and Computing Technologies for her research on point-of-sale systems in the food and beverage industry.
But beyond the spreadsheets and strategy, Yomayra brings heart to every decision — understanding that good business and good food go hand in hand. With over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry, he’s done it all, from opening restaurants to managing bars and leading hospitality teams that know how to bring flavor and fun to every guest interaction.
Chris has served as General Manager and Bartender at some of Las Vegas’s favorite spots, where he handled everything from inventory and scheduling to staff hiring, training, and special event coordination. His background as a Corporate Trainer for Applebee’s and California Pizza Kitchen, where he helped open multiple restaurants across Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and San Antonio, gives him a unique perspective on efficiency, consistency, and top-tier service.
As Operations Manager at Flipinrican, Chris oversees daily logistics, kitchen coordination, and event setups, making sure every dish, every shift, and every customer experience runs seamlessly. Known for his leadership, creativity, and no-stress management style, he keeps the team motivated, the service fast, and the flavors unforgettable.
